We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be complete, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, instructions, accessories, and proof of purchase. An item assembled only to inspect fit may still be eligible if it is undamaged and can be safely resold. Items damaged through use, incorrect assembly, modification, or missing parts may be refused or receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Start a return
Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective or materially damaged, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs when a return is required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damaged or missing parts. Do not discard the packaging until the case is resolved.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, personalized or custom-made goods, and items clearly marked final sale cannot normally be returned, except where required by law. We will identify any product-specific exception before purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We can cancel an order only before fulfillment begins. After dispatch, the normal return process applies.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
