These Terms of Service govern use of the HavenRack online store and purchases from us. HavenRack is operated by Adealo OÜ. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Store eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; scrape or reproduce protected content without permission; or submit false information.
2. Product information
We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, colors, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances. Images may include decorative items that are not included unless expressly listed. Product specifications and instructions on the product page form part of the purchase information.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change without notice before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping, and other charges are shown at checkout where applicable. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed at checkout.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean final acceptance.
5. Shipping, title, and risk
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party logistics partners and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery, import charges, address accuracy, and shipping problems are governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk transfers only as provided by applicable law.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
7. Product assembly and safety
You are responsible for following supplied assembly, installation, care, weight-limit, wall-restraint, and safety instructions. Do not use a damaged or unstable product. Keep children from climbing or hanging on storage furniture. Product-specific instructions take priority over general guidance.
8. Intellectual property
The HavenRack name, branding, site design, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Adealo OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use of the site does not transfer any rights.
9. Third-party services and links
The store may rely on Shopify and other providers for hosting, payments, analytics, fulfillment, or delivery, and may link to third-party sites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adealo OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Any aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a different limit is required by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Adealo OÜ against third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the site or material breach of these terms.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new date. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under the laws of their place of residence.
